World Pasta Day (s’ouvre dans un nouvel onglet) is the industry’s main global meeting point. For the first time it’s being held in Parma, the heart of Italy’s Food Valley, alongside Cibus Tec, the international food technology exhibition. Producers, technology partners, retailers and industry associations from around the world are gathered under one roof, and we’re glad to be part of it.
